The Information We Collect

Transaction Information

We use information you provide us to process licensing and financial transactions only for that purpose. To properly do so, we may need to share certain information with third parties. We do not share or use that information for any other purpose.

Email Addresses

We use your email address for the following:

- To answer email that we get from you
- To remind you of your password if you request it
- To send you a confirmation email when you sign up
- To provide information regarding transactions and registrations

You can not opt-out of receiving these communications which are critical to providing the services of the site, unless you decide to terminate your membership. However, they are the only messages we will send you.

Nobody else can see your email address and we will not share it, sell it, or publish it. Your username will be visible to the general public. It will be associated with any Works you add to our site. Your short description and icon, if you choose to submit them, will also be visible to the general public. We suggest that you do not use your full name or disclose any personally identifiable information in your description or username.

Non-Identifying and Aggregate Information

We use your IP address and non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may disclose that that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose your personal information to those advertisers.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
